  The Hollywood Coven is a Traditional Witches Coven based in southeast Florida USA. We are Witches, Wytchen, Witchen, Wiccan.  These words all mean the same thing.  Our spiritual beliefs and practices are based on the Old Religions of pre-Christian Europe.  We are five generations down from the original New York Coven (the first established coven in the US), and seven generations down from the Bricket Wood Coven of England.  Our membership is comprised of dedicated, magically inclined people of all ages and backgrounds who tend to enjoy a good party when our sabbat ritual is over.
 
Everyone has the right to participate in the Old Religion if they wish to do so.  Joining a coven or a tradition is not necessary to worship the Old Gods.  An initiation gives one membership into a specific order or tradition, and therefore must be performed according to the standards of that order or tradition, and by a qualified member of that tradition.  Initiation into the Wicca is entering into the Priesthood of the Old Religion, and into the service of our Goddess and Her Consort.
 
The Wiccan Path is not for everyone.  Traditional Wiccecraeft is an oath bound, experiential, Mystery Tradition that was never meant for the masses.  We have no wish to convert others and only have a web presence to be accessible to those unique individuals who were born to walk this Path, but have yet to find their way Home.  We choose who we bring into our spiritual family very carefully.  Our training and ritual is always done in the traditional manner.  There is never any money exchanged for this training.  There is no obligatory travel, donations, or any other financial expense involved other then a trainee's personal items.  Applicants should e-mail us after viewing our coven pre-requisites here.
