About Our Rune Charmes
- Personalized Charmes Are Available:
- Have you designed your own rune? Our resident talismanologist will hand-engrave a single or double sided custom Rune Charme with a rune of your own design! The opposite side of custom charmes can be engraved with your name in a magical alphabet, a second symbol of your own design, or left blank.
- Care Of Your Rune Charme:
We do not coat our talismans and charmes with any chemicals to retard natural tarnishing. They are as non-toxic and hypo-allergenic as pure metal can be. However they will tarnish due to a lack of chemical coating. Some people like the aged look of tarnished metal. Others might like to restore their talisman or charme back to its original brilliance in which case hand-polishing with any quality, non-abrasive metal polish will work. We suggest hand-polishing only and do not extert too much pressure on the engravings themselves so their definition will not be affected. - Warranty:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Olde Enchantments Talisman or Charme return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund. - Disclaimer:
We make no claims of our talismans and charmes having any supernatural powers. We do make them according to traditional lore. We hand-craeft each as you would if it was within your means.

A magical charme is an amulet inscribed with magical characters of some type. The word rune means secret writing. Runes are symbols that release or attract certain energies when inscribed.
Rune Charmes are magical runes hand-engraved on a circular disc of an appropriate planetary metal by our resident talismanologist.
Some believe that the presence of the rune itself releases these energies. Others see runes as tools that unlock those energies from our subconscious minds. For the latter to occur it is said that the user must inscribe the rune themselves while concentrating on their desire. This can be done with a pre-engraved rune simply by tracing over the engravings with your finger or a suitable tool while concentrating on your desire
