There's certainly no lack of wondrous chalices and goblets available on the internet these days. Glass or stoneware goblets look nice but can be easily broken or chipped during use or transport. We have found this goblet to be a practical yet reasonably priced alternative to more fragile and/or expensive goblets. It is rugged silver-plated pewter decorated with Celtic knot work as shown. Holds a full 8 ounces hot or cold.
